At OUTLET Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't fit your space or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled and placed back in its original packaging to prevent damage during the return transit.

  Once your return is authorized, our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient time for curbside or in-home pickup.

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
